Property Portfolio Leader
This is a leadership role that oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a diverse property portfolio.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial success and sustainability in property management.
* Lead lease negotiations, contract administration, and budgeting efforts to maximise revenue growth.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards through effective risk management and safety protocols.
* Identify and promote new commercial property opportunities for business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and results-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Property Management: Develop and execute property management, leasing, and facilities strategies to achieve commercial success and sustainability.
* Lease Negotiation and Administration: Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and contract administration with legal support to ensure compliant and cost-effective agreements.
* Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue through rent reviews, budgeting, and profit-and-loss oversight per property to drive business growth.
* Minor Works and Compliance: Manage minor works projects and ensure compliance with Airport Building Control Regulations to maintain high regulatory standards.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with tenants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support business objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience managing complex property portfolios.
* Strong background in commercial lease negotiation and property law with legal support.
* Proven ability to develop and lead small teams to achieve business objectives.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in commercial property within aviation, infrastructure, or government sectors.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
* Relevant professional certifications or licenses in property management.
