Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
* Focus on patient safety and communication, building strong relationships with the surgical team.
* Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications in a timely manner.
* Provide education and support to patients, empowering them to manage their recovery effectively.
* Support and supervise Enrolled Nurses on shift, promoting a culture of teamwork and learning.
Requirements
* Proven experience in PACU / Recovery as a Registered Nurse.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong clinical skills, with a focus on delivering evidence-based patient care.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.
