Job Title: Therapeutic Lead
The Therapeutic Lead is a key role within the Service Delivery team, responsible for the development and implementation of Therapeutic plans, Care Plans, and Complex Care or Support Plans for Children and Young People receiving supports with the Langford Therapeutic Care Program.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and mentor direct support teams to deliver therapeutic and holistic supports within overarching plans.
2. Collaborate with the Team Coordinator and Manager, CYS to lead and develop support teams and have oversight of ongoing goal development and support delivery for each child or young person.
3. Model values, culture, and practice by reflecting and upholding Langford's values.
4. Adhere to Langford's Code of Conduct, Child and Youth Safe Organisations Framework, and Tasmanian Out of Home Care Standards.
Key qualifications include a Diploma in Disability or similar qualification, a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children and young people in a therapeutic setting, and strong knowledge and understanding of the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Framework and Tasmanian Out of Home Care Standards.
