We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Analyst - Electronic Patient Record (Scheduling) to join our dynamic team.The Strategy, Innovation and Digital Health Team encompasses strategic planning functions, analytics, technology, change, and project management resources to ensure strategic allocation of resources to key organisational priorities and initiatives. Built around three key pillars, it drives and enables the delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives by developing innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery. The directorate oversees the development of organisation strategies and plans, while also monitoring the implementation of such plans. This department handles SESLHD’s most pressing organisational problems and explores opportunities such as technology in Health, change and innovation and environmental sustainability practices.The RoleAs an EPR Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse range of clinical and administrative stakeholders across a large geographical area. Your primary focus will be on the design, build, and support of the Scheduling module within the Cerner Electronic Medical Record (eMR). However, your expertise will also extend to supporting the broader Cerner eMR suite, including PowerChart and other critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive and expert application support for the Scheduling module and broader Cerner eMR suite.Engage with users to ensure clinical and administrative workflows are effectively supported within the EPR environment.Collaborate on the design and development of new functionalities to meet both Local Health District (LHD) and State-level strategic objectives.Participate in project work including implementation of electronic orders, consults, and enhancements to clinical documentation.Contribute to system improvement initiatives and ensure ongoing alignment with best practices in healthcare informatics.BenefitsUp to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees) in addition to annual leave.Salary packaging options that reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay!
