About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Customer relationship management experience is highly desirable
* Advanced Microsoft Office experience is essential
* Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable
* Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role (Mon-Fri –8.00 - 4.30pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service and play a vital role in the order management cycle to our Reseller channel customers.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacity
* Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mail
* Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
* Co‐ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teams
* Assist with continuous improvement projects
* View for this role to develop into an Account Coordinator role
