The Role
You will operate at DSS Level 3 autonomy, trusted to independently deliver complex business analysis outcomes across Defence initiatives. You will influence delivery direction, manage complexity, and support successful outcomes in secure environments.
What You'll Be Doing
· Lead complex business analysis activities across Defence programs
· Engage and influence senior Defence and industry stakeholders
· Shape scope, delivery approaches, and solution options
· Assess risk, manage dependencies, and support delivery decisions
· Mentor and guide other consultants
What You'll Bring
· Strong experience as a Senior / Lead / Principal Business Analyst
· Minimum of 10+ years of business analyst experience at Senior/Lead/Principal level
· Proven Defence or national security program experience
· Current NV1 (or higher) clearance
· Ability to operate autonomously in complex, secure environments
· Clear communication, sound judgement, and a delivery mindset
