**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for the training and development of sales staff, educating them on a variety of sales philosophies and strategies surrounding customer service, engagement and their product range. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales training and performance coaching including the development of training policies and procedures. You will work with both new hires and the existing sales teams to build out their industry knowledge and sales skills.
