What Will You Do?
* Assist with guest activity bookings, daily logistics, and ensure smooth coordination of arrivals, departures, and scheduled experiences
* Monitor guest feedback and proactively address service gaps or concerns, escalating issues to management when required
* Support rostering, staff allocation, and recruitment efforts, including training and performance feedback for team members
* Maintain inventory systems and ensure tools and equipment are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations
* Provide administrative support for projects, uphold OH&S practices, and ensure adherence to company policies and financial accuracy
More About You
* Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, marine science, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing activities in a hospitality or tourism setting
* Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of marine and tourism activities, including safety regulations and protocols
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service
* Certification in relevant marine and tourism activities, such as PADI Dive Master or Instructor, Coxswain Grade 1 or higher, First Aid and CPR, Manuel Drivers Licence, and other relevant certifications
