About Us:
The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian-owned company with our head office based in Adelaide. We operate a growing network of 19 AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores — including 15 metropolitan sites across Adelaide and 4 regional locations. In addition, we own and manage multiple national food brand franchises including Carl's Jr. and Subway.
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Site Manager to lead our West Lakes AMPM store. There are also opportunities at Mount Barker, Parafield Gardens or Elizabeth. You'll have the support of our experienced head office team and regular on-site guidance from our Operations Manager. There is also an opportunity to appoint an Assistant Store Manager.
About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and store performance. This is a hands-on role where you'll help create a positive, customer-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a high-performing front-line team
* Recruiting, training, and managing staff
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
* Managing stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and serving customers
* Overseeing store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow
* Supporting the Operations Manager in compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement
Due to the nature of our business, some public holiday work will be required.
About You:
* Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality, or fast food management
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Confident communicator with a hands-on attitude
* Organised and results-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
