We are seeking a production / factory supervisor with construction and / or engineering experience.
This role is responsible for coordinating factory activities to complete scheduled panel production. This will involve managing factory personnel and resources to complete daily scheduled panel production.
The successful candidate will work in close coordination with procurement and management teams to ensure adequate materials are available to the factory floor personnel to minimise downtime and maximise production.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the activities of the factory personnel to align with production priorities,
* Hold pre-start meetings each day before the shift,
* Work with the procurement team to ensure required materials are available to enable efficient production,
* Review and analyse precast production drawings to ensure to assist factory personnel,
* Work closely with management to ensure planned production is being met,
* Analyse and develop productive systems and procedures to enable an efficient work force,
* Work with management to coordinate factory personnel daily shift hours,
* Advise Management of continuous improvement opportunities,
* Running a team of 15 – 25 personnel,
* Typically a 10 hour working day with a 5am start, Monday - Friday.

* Previous supervision role highly desirable,
* Previous precast concrete experience highly desirable,
* High level ability to read and review drawings,

This is a full time permanent position in a friendly environment.
