This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adelaide, South Australia. The responsibilities include supporting day‐to‐day winery operations and contributing to achieving quality wine production. The role may also involve engaging with customers at cellar doors, overseeing inventory, assisting with marketing efforts, and collaborating on events. The successful candidate will actively participate in ensuring the winery's high standards are maintained across all functions.

* Experience or skills in wine production, cellar operations, or similar roles.
* Proficiency in customer service or hospitality with a passion for wine and people.
* Ability to assist with marketing, event coordination, or promotional efforts.
* Strong organizational, inventory management, and administrative abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment.
* Previous experience in the wine industry or a related field is a plus.
* Certificate or educational background in oenology, viticulture, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
