Job Opportunity

The role of Human Resources Consultant is responsible for supporting fair and transparent recruitment practices across the department.


About the Job

* The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex queries and escalations received via phone or email, fostering open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
* They will oversee the processing of Criminal History Checks and manage sensitive enquiries and disclosable outcomes with discretion and confidentiality.
* Additionally, the HR Consultant will support team workload coordination and collaborate with the Team Leader to identify priorities and optimize resource allocation.

* Strong understanding of recruitment and selection principles, relevant directives and recruitment processes.
* Able to interpret and apply recruitment policy, legislation and frameworks in a practical context.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to provide clear, confident advice.
