The Opportunity: This is a senior, high-accountability leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the operational performance of the Company. Reporting directly to the Directors, the Business Operations Manager will lead daily operations, supply chain and inventory management, team performance, customer outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives. The role exists to ensure the business operates efficiently, commercially and in line with its strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, reliable workflows across the business Own supply chain, inventory and supplier management to ensure availability, cost control and quality Drive continuous improvement initiatives with clear, measurable operational and commercial outcomes Provide strong, visible leadership to the operations and customer service teams, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable Oversee customer experience outcomes and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally Prepare and deliver operational reporting, KPIs and insights to support sound decision-making Ensure compliance with WHS, HR and regulatory obligations About You: Proven experience in a senior operational or business management role, ideally within a product-based or supply chain environment Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link operational decisions to financial outcomes Demonstrated success leading teams, managing performance and building a culture of accountability Track record of implementing process improvements with documented, measurable results Confident, direct communicator able to influence across all levels of the business Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and personal accountability Our client services primarily agricultural clients, however they are eager to talk to experienced operational leaders from any sector, that can bring fresh ideas and energy to their business.
