I'm Looking for a Career in Commercial Garden Maintenance
I'm someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants a career, not just a job.
I'm either:
• Looking to start an apprenticeship in garden maintenance, where I can learn the trade properly and be taught the right way, or
• Someone who already has a genuine passion for the green industry and wants to build long-term skills in commercial garden maintenance.
Either way, I'm keen to learn, improve, and grow with a business that takes pride in its work.
I Understand the Work
I know this is hard, physical work.
This isn't mowing your own backyard — it's large commercial sites, long days, and working in all conditions: heat, cold, rain and wind. I'm fit, capable, and ready to get stuck in.
How I Work
I want to work for a company where commercial garden maintenance is the core focus — not a side hustle.
I care about presentation, attention to detail, and leaving sites looking sharp. I communicate well with clients, residents, and team members. I turn up on time, take direction, and take pride in my work.
The Role
The work is primarily across commercial sites in Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs.
A driver's licence is preferred (or I'm actively working towards one).
What Matters Most to Me
Most importantly, I want to be part of a team where I can:
• Learn properly
• Contribute from day one
• Be supported
• Build a long-term career outdoors
If that sounds like me — I'm ready to start.
