We're looking for a serious B2B sales closer to help drive growth across Talking HealthTech and THT Productions.

This is not a side-gig role, and it's not for someone looking to dabble in a bit of fractional business development between other projects. We want someone whose main professional focus is building revenue, relationships, and market presence with us.

You'll be selling across two connected parts of the business:

Talking HealthTech - partnerships, sponsorships, podcast and media opportunities that help companies build visibility, credibility, and connection in the health tech market.

THT Productions - podcast production, video production, branded content, campaign assets, event coverage, and other media services for healthcare and health tech organisations.

Some opportunities will start on one side and expand into the other. That's part of the appeal of the role. You won't be boxed into one product line. You'll be helping clients work out the right commercial fit across both businesses.

Talking HealthTech connects the digital health ecosystem through media, community, content, and partnerships.

THT Productions is the media production arm, helping healthcare and health tech organisations create high-quality podcast, video, and branded content assets.

Together, the businesses sit in a strong position: trusted brand, founder visibility, real relationships in the sector, and multiple ways to help companies show up well in the market.

What You'll Do

You'll help grow revenue across both brands by:

* closing new company partnership and sponsorship opportunities through Talking HealthTech
* selling production projects through THT Productions, including podcast, video, branded content, and event-related work
* following up inbound leads, referrals, event contacts, and warm opportunities
* creating pipeline momentum when needed through proactive outreach, LinkedIn activity, prospecting, and follow-up
* making calls, booking meetings, and doing what's needed to keep deals moving
* identifying expansion opportunities across existing accounts
* managing proposals, notes, follow-up, and deal stages properly in Pipedrive
* attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events when there is a strong commercial case
* working directly with the Founder to sharpen offers, positioning, messaging, and sales process

What Success Looks Like

You know how to build momentum.

You don't just wait politely for leads to appear and then call that pipeline management. You follow up. You make the call. You send the extra message. You use LinkedIn properly. You keep the deal moving.

You're comfortable selling consultatively, but you're not soft. You know how to create urgency, guide a buyer, and get to a decision.

Over time, you become genuinely embedded in the health tech industry. Not just in Australia, but increasingly with visibility into the broader global health innovation space as well.

Who This Role Suits

This role suits someone who:

* has real experience closing B2B deals in media, agency, SaaS, partnerships, sponsorship, or a similar consultative sales environment
* wants their main focus to be building something meaningful in healthcare
* is commercially sharp, proactive, and comfortable owning a number
* is happy to do their own lead gen when needed
* is willing to get active on LinkedIn and build market presence
* is comfortable with calls, follow-up, outreach, and pushing things along
* can represent the business well in meetings, online, and at the right events
* wants to build deep knowledge of the Australian health tech sector over the next few years
* ideally has healthcare or health tech exposure, but is first and foremost a strong salesperson

Remuneration

The first 3 months of this role are remunerated as an onboarding and ramp-up period.

After that, there is a simple and generous performance-based compensation structure for the right person.
