Queensland Statutory Authority with a large revenue base is looking for an experienced ICT Operations and Service Delivery manager.
This is a newly created role reporting into the Chief Technology Officer responsible for the introduction of an outsourced management service environment.
Work with the CTO on vendor selection to then manage the SLA's along with stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Manage a small but highly skilled team of IT Professionals while defining, implementing, and monitoring ICT policies, procedures, and best practices.
**Demonstrated Skills and Experience required**:
- Degree qualified in either ICT or similar related discipline
- ICT management, Vendor and contract management
- ITIL and ICT operational processes
- Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic, business and performance plans
- Lead and motivate staff while develop an ICT team's technical capacity and professionalism
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to consult,
- negotiate, liaise and manage relationships with a diverse range of internal and external
- stakeholders
- Ability to develop sound and concise business cases and briefing documents including RFP's and at a Board level.
- Ability to analyse problems and develop creative, sustainable and practical solutions.
- Experience and knowledge of financial and budget management practices
