A little about the roleReporting to the Quality Practice Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Key Assets Australia's Governance Framework, with a specific focus on Child Safety, and Incident Investigation, Reporting and Management.
Some key responsibilities includeConducting, review and participate in complex investigations and reviews of child safety matters and other critical incidents in accordance with relevant legislative, contractual and policy requirements.Conducting interviews with a range of stakeholders, including staff, carers and children and young people in response to child safety concerns or workplace incidentsAssisting in the creation of engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources as requiredCollaborating with the Quality team to take a lead role in the implementation of outcomes measurement processes and practice, including data collection, identifying gaps, collating and reporting.
The base salary for this position is $100,776.00 - $105,340.56 /annum (based on 1.0FTE) + super + mobile phone + company vehicle/allowance & fuel card and salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
This position is a permanent full-time position. Based in our Stirling or Rockingham offices.
About youYou will have a recognised tertiary qualification in relevant field or extensive Quality Risk and Compliance experienceYou will be able to demonstrate your competency in conducting investigations, report writing and presentation of findings through visual and written meansBringing your sound computer literacy and administrative skills is essential. Being a self-starter to work with a degree of autonomy would be highly regardedDemonstrable project management experience is essentialEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a diverse group at all levels, with the ability to recognise potential language barriers and cultural difference would be well regardedYour tenacity, reliability, flexibility and dependability with solid organizational skills would be advantageous
