This is a pivotal full-time support role in an energetic environment assisting with the day to day activities of a high performing sales office while also providing exceptional levels of client care.
We are looking for a highly organized, mature minded individual who has a high attention to detail and prides themselves on their dedication and commitment. The successful candidate will need a strong knowledge of the listing and selling process, be an excellent communicator and have an ability to multi task at the highest level. You must have a passion for providing exceptional support for the people you work with.
Extensive training and support will be provided within a fast paced and continually evolving team environment.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your key role will consist of the following day to day activities and responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients to our office
* Office coordination and management
* Providing customer service and general support to agents, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Champion of systems and platforms, maintaining details records and databases to track key agent information and activities
* Assisting Agents with tasks throughout the listing to exchange process through to settlement
Skills and experience
You will possess;
* Proven experience in a similar agent services or real estate administration role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with agents
* Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
* Collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of our agents
* Certificate of Registration desirable
