You will develop products from conception to launch, collaborating with international teams to design, test, and validate medical devices.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop medical devices from concept through to launch.Collaborate with multifunctional teams to resolve technical challenges in product development.Identify and generate new Intellectual Property, translating ideas into protectable assets.Create concepts using CAD software (SolidWorks).Work with process development teams to develop designs suitable for manufacturing processes.Focus on usability and user-centric design principles.Prototype and test concepts, analyzing data and reporting findings.Support design control processes, including documentation and specifications.Stay updated on engineering advancements through publications and industry contacts.Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.Maintain compliance with HSE regulations and QMS standards.About You:Degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering or related field.Experience working on multiple projects and teams.Comfort with human body discussions and designing solutions for intimate areas.Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks).Knowledge of mechanical/design engineering principles.Experience with plastic moulded components and medical device design is desirable.Experience with process validation activities is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English.We offer opportunities for growth, challenges, and impact.
