Main Responsibilities
* Oversight of current workforce solutions across NHS organisations
* Annual assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Maintenance of technical and functional knowledge of ESR to inform stakeholders
* Support for the Readiness and Implementation team
* Delivery of support to overcome organisational barriers and secure senior leadership endorsement
Leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management skills, effective communication, and data analysis capabilities are essential for this role.
