Job Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Parts Consultant to join our team. As an Automotive Parts Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while accurately identifying and supplying automotive parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to our customers via phone, email, and over-the-counter enquiries.
* Parts Identification and Supply: Accurately identify and supply automotive parts using electronic catalogues and DMS systems.
* Order Processing: Prepare and process quotes, orders, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels through effective stock control and inventory management.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive the correct parts on time.
* Store Presentation: Keep parts displays clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
* Merchandising: Assist with showroom merchandising and promotional displays to showcase our products effectively.
* Stocktake and Compliance: Support with stocktakes and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
* Technical Advice: Provide technical advice on parts and accessories when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have prior experience working in a similar role and knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
