Support Indigenous Students to Succeed

The role of the Indigenous Pathways Coordinator is vital in helping indigenous students transition smoothly from schooling to further education, training, or employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all year 12 indigenous students have access to case management support and have an individual pathway plan in place.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with external agencies to develop tailored case management support for individual students.
* Maintaining accurate records of student SET plans and individual pathway plans.
* Coordinating post-secondary education and training opportunities for indigenous students.
* Nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
* Designing arrangements to support students in further education, training, and/or sustainable employment.
