Job Description
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities aligned with strategic goals
Conduct financial analysis and prepare business cases for expansion
Manage the new business pipeline and develop persuasive propositions
Convert prospects into long-term customers with tailored product and pricing strategies
Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and drive innovation
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated success in proactively hunting and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on building a strong pipeline and closing deals
Highly driven and resilient, with the ability to identify prospects, open doors, and convert leads into long-term partnerships
Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial analysis and strategic planning
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Engineering; MBA highly regarded
Results-driven, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver growth targets
