Optimising tools (including AI) and workflows to increase overall efficiencies, updating policies and templates in line with industry best practices to uplift the team's capability.Support TLC's commitments to Modern Slavery and ESG by preparing, analysing, and interpreting supplier and procurement data.You will work closely with Category Managers to analyse procurement data, assess supplier performance, and monitor market trends. Providing insights to support cost savings, risk mitigation, supplier consolidation, and informed sourcing decisions.What you'll bringWith an eye for detail, you are analytical to your core. You are adept at using Excel, Oracle and/or Power BI for reporting and analysis activities.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pursue and influence challenging audiences.An interest in AI trends and their applications supporting Procurement would hold you in good stead.A collaborative approach to your work.
