The Role
We invite experienced Civil and SMP Supervisors to join our team for current projects across Western Australia and in preparation for future projects throughout Australia.
Various sites – Western Power / BHP / Rio Tinto / FMG inducted candidates highly advantageous
Minimum 10.5-hour day shifts
2:1 & 3:1 rosters available
About You
Proven supervisory experience in civil construction and SMP (structural, mechanical, piping) environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
Skilled in coordinating installation, alignment, and fabrication activities across civil and SMP scopes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Valid National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class)
Relevant trade or engineering qualifications
High-risk licences, confined space, and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets highly regarded
