Administrative Coordinator - Kamilaroi Station

As an integral part of the station team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative support.

* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Station Manager, including record-keeping, correspondence, and reporting.
* Coordinating staff rosters, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
* Managing procurement of supplies, inventory, and essential station resources.
* Assisting with payroll, timesheets, and HR-related tasks.
* Driving compliance with workplace health and safety standards, including maintaining safety records and supporting safety initiatives.
* Supporting operational planning and implementation to ensure smooth activities.
* Communicating effectively with team members to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* A commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to champion safe work practices.
* Good numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
* Tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly adapt to station-specific software and tools.
* Experience in station or agricultural operations (an asset).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
