We are seeking an experienced Governance Professional to join our team. The role of Governance Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting sound governance frameworks and practices across the fund.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring we remain a leader in governance excellence. They will work closely with senior leaders, regulators, and internal stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and best-practice governance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting corporate governance obligations and embedding industry best practices.
* Assisting with regulatory engagement, including submissions to relevant authorities.
* Maintaining key governance documents such as Trust Deeds, Charters, and Delegations of Authority.
* Supporting the Company Secretary and CEO's office with governance-related activities.
* Managing governance records in our system and advising on policy development.
* Preparing reports and submissions for the Audit Committee, Risk & Compliance Committee, and the Board.
About You
* 3–5 years' experience in governance, compliance, or legal roles.
* A strong understanding of the financial services or superannuation industry.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A working knowledge of relevant legislation is highly desirable.
