Job Description
This role supports the Sales Team by coordinating sales travel, scheduling client meetings and maintaining accurate CRM records. It ensures seamless communication between teams to guarantee project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact clients via phone and email for prompt support.
* Generate quotes and sales proposals with the estimating team.
* Follow up on open quotes and leads to drive conversions.
* Maintain CRM records for sales activities and client data.
* Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
* Identify and research potential new clients and projects.
* Support pipeline tracking and reporting with the sales team.
* Collaborate with marketing to maintain sales collateral.
* Maintain accurate client files and documents.
Required Skills & Experience
Sales administration experience in construction or similar industry, Excellent organisational and communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
