Our client is a highly regarded firm with a terrific industry reputation for quality of design, project delivery and the environment they have fostered.
Based on a combination of new project commitments of high quality residential developments (with a true design focus), they are keen to appoint an experienced Architect.
You must be capable of leading mid to large scale residential and boutique hotel developments in the $50M to $150M range.
We are keen to hear from highly experienced professionals who possess strong project leadership skills on large scale Class 2 developments in NSW. Someone who has a track record of delivering projects, leading teams and taking projects through to full site completion. In short, a technical guru who can fight for and maintain design intent
Whilst hands on ArchiCAD skills are not essential, previous hands-on use in BIM based software would be an advantage, but again, the priority is in technical leadership rather than hands on documentation.
Your strong delivery skills are sought in order to take on a key role on these impressive apartment developments, and the ability to lead teams will also be highly valued.
Our client has also mentioned that for anyone who is on the cusp of leading projects but just need some guidance and mentoring, they would also be highly suited to apply for other opportunities currently available within the studio.
There are a variety of projects currently at early concept or design development stages, so you will be across early technical stages straight up and then seeing projects through documentation and coordination stages, into site completion.
This practice has an eye to the future, so if you feel you have the above capabilities, but are currently in an environment that is not able to deliver either the scale of project or the clearly defined career opportunity, this would be ideal
Anticipated salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 per annum plus Superannuation.
