Agitator Driver Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation as an Agitator driver. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to clients in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will be interacting with various people on a daily basis.
The job involves operating the batch plant, making multiple deliveries throughout the day, and interacting with different personalities. Every day will be different, so you need to be comfortable adapting to new situations. We provide cutting-edge technology to keep you safe while driving and help you map your routes and track your loads.
New starters undergo a 10-day training program before being sent out on their own. This ensures they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the role effectively.
About the Job:
* Rates: $35.74 per hour plus penalties (rate x 1.5 after 8 hours, rate x 2.0 after 10 hours).
About You:
* A minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred).
* Enjoy meeting people and having conversations when onsite.
* Prefer variety in working life, with no two days ever being the same.
* Take pride in the appearance of your truck, keeping it clean and well-maintained.
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
