Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
* Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure store compliance with OHS/HSSE requirements and maintain food safety standards
* Work closely with the chef and other kitchen staff to determine menu contents and pricing
* Monitor budget compliance and develop sales and marketing activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Chef/Cook
* Diploma or similar qualification in retail industry management
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
