- _**Start time: 10pm to 03:00 am, 7 Days Night Per Week, From 26th Of December To 26th Of January**_
- Provides efficient and effective security services and security patrols, responding to incidents that affect caravan park operations, guest safety and enjoyment.
- Deliver professional customer focused services at all times that reflects standards.
- Utilises all available technical, managerial and customer innovations and methodologies.
- Preserves and secures general public, staff and contractors employees and the physical assets of Council against damage theft or unlawful use.
- Communicates effectively through accurate and timely reporting, keeping managers up to date on incidents and areas of concern.
- Supports managers in daily operations including incident handling and prevention, and provision of customer guidance where appropriate on general event and camp ground enquiries.
- Use the individual parks 'terms and conditions' as a guide for information on guest conduct and maintaining the parks best interest at all times.
- **The work may include but not limited to**:
- Walking Mobile Patrols, including checking of public assets.
- Responding and reporting of any emergencies and incidents.
- Deliver effective work practises in managing incidents and camper behaviours using individual park terms and conditions as a reference.
