Family Violence Solicitor Role
The position involves providing legal advice and representation to individuals affected by family violence.
We are seeking an experienced solicitor who can work in a dedicated Family Violence role, making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' post-admission experience and be able to demonstrate their ability to work respectfully with a diverse client base.
This role requires someone who is passionate about social justice and community impact, with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
* Duties:
* Deliver legal advice, representation, and advocacy for victim-survivors of family violence.
* Apply a trauma-informed approach to help clients navigate complex situations.
* Promote safety, empowerment, and access to justice for vulnerable members of the community.
Key Requirements
* Unrestricted practising certificate.
* Experience in Family Violence matters (or related areas of law).
* Ability to work respectfully with a diverse client base.
* Commitment to social justice and community impact.

* Competitive salary ($91,913 - $109,249) + Super + Salary Packaging up to $15,834 tax free (pro rata).
