In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the gaming and bar areas. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our patrons.
What you'll be doing
* Providing attentive and friendly customer service to all patrons in the gaming area and bar
* Assisting customers with gaming machine operations and payouts
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-stocked gaming area and bar
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and liquor licensing laws
* Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
* Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the gaming or hospitality industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Familiarity with gaming machine operations and liquor licensing requirements
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Gambling Certification
