Who We Are
Chinchilla State School has a diverse range of students and staff, having approximately 450 students and 60 staff. Our school has a strong focus on educational achievement, well-being and engagement and culture and inclusion.

Step Into Your Next Chapter
* Supporting the Business Manager and Deputy Principal with human resource tasks
* Assisting with school finance functions as required
* Maintaining student attendance database (ID Attend)
* Providing general administrative support to the front office team
* Supporting Leadership Team with communication eg. Newsletters, weekly updates etc.
* Event preparation coordination as required

The Perfect Fit
Desirable but not mandatory skills and experiences are:
* Previous experience working in Education Queensland facility
* Previous experience working/using OneSchool
* Previous experience using ID Attend
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct
