The Staff Specialist Emergency Physician role is a critical position within our emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional specialist-level emergency care to patients presenting at the emergency department
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital departments and specialist colleagues to ensure seamless patient transfer and care
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for the department, ensuring compliance with College and AHPRA requirements
* Foster a culture of patient-centred care and pride in delivering high-quality services
* Participate in peer review and continuing medical education activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge
