The Role
As a Platform Product Manager, you will be at the heart of how millions of fans discover and access live entertainment by leading the development of our new AI‐first SaaS platform. This team owns the end‐to‐end platform capabilities that power the fan journey during a pivotal era of digital transformation. You will be leading a dedicated engineering squad, as well as partnering directly with the Head of Product to define the future strategy of the platform at scale.
Outcomes to Deliver
Product Strategy & High-Impact Execution
* Lead an AI-First Roadmap: Drive a dedicated engineering squad to build a scalable SaaS platform, ensuring the team is focused on high-impact work aligned to the squad's mission.
* Full Lifecycle Management: Own the product journey from ideation and discovery to delivery, launch, and post-launch analysis.
* Strategic Alignment: Translate complex user needs and business goals into a prioritised backlog that aligns with OKRs—ensuring we build the "right" thing at the right time.
* AI Innovation: Partner with Designers and Engineers to lead the discovery and validation of new AI-driven initiatives through research and user testing.
* Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and a high‐velocity delivery cadence.
Stakeholder Engagement & Data Leadership
* Evangelise the Vision: Communicate platform progress and AI feature results to stakeholders at all levels, distilling complex progress into clear business impact.
* Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to align goals, resolve conflicting priorities, and manage expectations.
* Data-Driven Performance: Leverage analytics to inform decisions, define success metrics, and run experimentations to report on platform performance.
* Evolve the Practice: Actively contribute to establishing PM best practices and tools, helping the Head of Product shape impactful portfolio strategies.
Capabilities to Bring
* SaaS Product Craft: 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of shipping successful digital products within large-scale SaaS environments.
* AI & Design Fluency: A strong understanding of modern product design and AI trends, with the ability to apply these to a scalable, fan-facing platform.
* Complexity Navigator: Demonstrated experience managing products that serve multiple personas, including internal operators, B2B partners, and end‐fans.
* Strategic Translator: Proven ability to take high‐level vision and turn it into tangible, measurable roadmaps that deliver real customer value.
* Collaborative Leader: Ability to influence cross‐functional teams, leveraging the unique strengths of Scrum Masters, Analysts, Designers, and Engineers.
* Agile Mindset: Thrives in fast‐paced environments, balancing competing priorities and BAU requests with a focus on high‐performance delivery.
