About the Position
Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Land Acquisitions Manager to join their team.
This is a key role focused on sourcing new land opportunities and negotiating put and call agreements. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, landowners, and agents to drive a consistent pipeline of land supply for house and land packages and residential projects.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in land acquisition, development, or residential property (builder or developer side preferred).
* Strong knowledge of acquisition models, with experience input and call agreements.
* A proactive approach to networking and building off-market deal flow.
* Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Self-starter and team player
