About the role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be required to provide management support to the village to create a welcoming, caring, and safe village community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Creating a high level of resident satisfaction to enhance the brand reputation within the local catchment.
* Managing the day-to-day asset management and operations of the village.
* Monitoring and reviewing village compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, the industry Code of Conduct, and all Oak Tree policies and procedures.
* Organizing events and engaging with local stakeholders to attract new residents.
* Managing the village accounts within the framework of the village budget.
This is a part-time position primarily on weekdays.
To be considered, you will have:
* Ability to connect with local community groups to attract new residents, with 2-3 years proven experience in creating and driving leads and facilitating an excellent sales experience.
* Excellent people and communication skills.
* Genuine interest in a fast-growing industry.
* Previous experience in property management sales.
General Duties:
* Coordinate the villa resident sales process and lead generation to ensure maximum occupancy.
* Successfully induct new residents into the village to foster connections.
* Interact with residents, resident committees, and the local community as needed.
* Build a pipeline of future residents through networking to maximize occupancy.
* Assist residents with social events within the village.
* Manage asset and resident services within the budget.
* Handle maintenance requests and collaborate with the Operations Manager on asset management.
