Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with a number of established organisations to recruit experienced Accounts Assistants for multiple part-time temporary opportunities.

* North Sydney, Chatswood & Artarmon
* $50–$60 per hour + Super
* 3–4 days per week | Flexible working hours
* Immediate start | 2–3 month assignments

The Roles:

These are hands‐on positions supporting day‐to‐day finance operations across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will be working in high‐volume environments, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing and allocating payments
* Managing accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Performing account reconciliations (bank, debtor, and creditor)
* Managing customer (debtor) accounts with a focus on maintaining accuracy
* Assisting with invoice processing and remittances
* Following up outstanding payments and resolving account queries
* Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date financial records
* Supporting the broader finance team with ad hoc tasks

About You:

* Previous experience in a general accounts or accounts assistant role
* Exposure to both AP and AR functions
* Experience in payroll is highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‐volume work
* Confident using accounting systems and Excel
* Strong communication skills with a professional approach
* Available to start immediately or on short notice

Please note that you MUST be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
