Operations Manager - Commercial Cleaning
Minimum 1-2 years of commercial cleaning experience is required. Field‐based role. $90K base plus super and $10K car allowance. Australian Government Security Clearance is essential.

The Role
As a field‐based leader, your focus on people and relationships will be crucial to the success of this role. You will guide your team and drive portfolio performance, ensuring service excellence for your clients throughout Canberra and the surrounding areas.
* Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients, internal teams, and contractors.
* Oversee operational deliverables and achieve KPIs (both individual and team).
* Manage both direct labour and service delivery partners.
* Foster a high‐performing culture within your team.
* Coach and train your team to achieve service excellence.
* Manage and meet the expectations of our clients and contracts.
* Visit client sites to conduct regular quality audits.
* Address escalated service delivery issues.
* Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all.
* Overnight accommodation may be required occasionally.
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* A driver's licence and a reliable car.
* Previous management‐level work experience in the cleaning industry is a must.
* Working with Children and National Criminal History check required.
* NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance must be held at the time of application.
