Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

* You will support workers with psychological injuries by collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored return-to-work plans;
* Conduct adjustment to injury counselling sessions to help workers understand their condition and provide strategies for coping;
* Identify new employment goals through vocational assessments and counsel workers who have sustained an injury;
* Offer job-seeking and placement services to help workers secure employment that aligns with their capacity, experience, and the local labour market;

Your Key Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A current full or provisional Psychologist registration with AHPRA or a Rehabilitation Counsellor with full membership with ASORC or RCAA;
* Excellent analytical and report writing skills;
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment under pressure.
