About the Role
We are an advancing maintenance building company based in Adelaide, specialising in structural roof work, fascia replacement and residential repairs. This role suits a carpenter who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and representing a business professionally on site.

Role Requirements
* Certificate III in Carpentry (minimum)
* Minimum 1+ years of carpentry experience
* Full driver's licence
* White Card
* National Police Clearance
* Permanent Australian residency
* Willingness to mentor apprentices
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Non-smoker
Key Responsibilities
* General repairs and home maintenance
* Roof carpentry
* External timber rot remediation
* Fascia and barge board repair and replacement
