We are seeking an experienced Insurance lawyer to work in our Darwin office, specializing in Statutory Insurance matters and recoveries.
About the Role
This hands-on role offers significant learning, development, and progression opportunities. You will work closely with clients and partners on interesting cases, including statutory insurance claims and recoveries.
Key Requirements
* At least 5 years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation
* Experience on the defendant side is preferred, but candidates with plaintiff background who want to move into defendant practice are also considered
* Genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin
* Clear and concise legal writing skills
* Strong attention to detail
