Our team is safety-first, solution-focused, and known for our can-do attitude.What You'll DoPerform aluminothermic welding and associated hot works.Carry out track welding repairs, adjustments, and inspections.Ensure welds meet specifications and safety requirements.Work closely with supervisors and crews to deliver projects on time.Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality procedures.What You'll BringPrior experience as a rail track worker on welding or maintenance projects.Minimum 1-2 years of rail track welding experience required.White Card.Unrestricted Driver's licence and reliable transport.Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and a can-do attitude.Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights.BeneficialMR Truck Licence (or willingness to obtain).
