The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational leadership of the residence, ensuring high standards of care, strong team performance and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior executive leadership while overseeing a well-structured on-site team including clinical leadership, care managers, registered nurses and dedicated operational support. This role would suit a leader who enjoys driving culture, strengthening clinical governance and preparing services for future accreditation.
What You Bring
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential)
* Minimum 2+ years experience in a General Manager / Facility Manager role within aged care
* Experience leading large residential aged care services
* Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation and quality standards
* Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Full Australian working rights
