The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of a defined region, leading an experienced field-based sales team responsible for delivering significant revenue and contract growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a B2C sales team of 6 across the state Drive revenue performance and contract volume across the region Implement sales strategies to grow market share and enter new segments Embed a strong coaching culture through hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership Support new business development and partnership-led opportunities Ensure compliant, customer-centric sales processes are consistently followed Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise lead flow, systems, tools and reporting Build strong local market engagement and brand presence What We’re Looking For: Essential 5 years’ experience in sales leadership within a B2C environment (financial services or retail backgrounds are highly regarded) Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams to exceed targets Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset Experience managing large revenue targets and multi-location teams Confident operating in structured, regulated environments For further information or to apply direct, reach out to Paige: pbarratt@sharpandcarter.com.au
