What you'll be doing
Conducting regular inspections of the building's interior and exterior to identify and address any maintenance issues.
Performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
Coordinating with external contractors and vendors.
Responding promptly to any urgent repair requests or emergencies.
Ensuring the building's compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in building maintenance or facilities management with plumbing experience highly regarded.
Strong practical skills and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including Hi-lift and forklift.
Good time management and problem‑solving skills to prioritise tasks and address issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with management, property managers, maintenance manager, and residents.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to respond to changing demands.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different sites if required.
