Community Safety Professional
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Regulatory Services team as a Community Safety Professional.

The Community Safety Professional will be responsible for providing efficient and effective delivery of regulatory services in animal management, parking, marina surveillance, and general inspection.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Community Safety Professional, you will:
* Provide educational programs to increase awareness and promote community safety.
* Support the Regulatory Services team to ensure our community feels safe in their neighbourhood.
* Promote, educate, and enforce Council's regulatory services, including marine safety and surveillance, animal management support, parking, and general inspection responsibilities.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Australian driver's licence.
* Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
* Ability to think logically and creatively.
* Sound judgement and diplomacy when handling difficult situations.
* High levels of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
