This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Leadership and Management educator eager to share their knowledge and inspire others. If you have the talent for delivering blended classes and can seamlessly integrate online and in-person learning experiences, you'll elevate the quality of education and transform student outcomes.
Selected Duties:
* Deliver engaging, accredited training in Leadership and Management.
* Design and implement innovative assessment tools and learning resources.
* Mentor and support students to achieve their goals.
* Maintain strong industry connections to ensure course relevance.
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience

* A vocational qualification in Leadership and Management (at least to the level delivered).
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years industry experience and current vocational currency.
* Strong communication, digital literacy, and organisational skills.
